We absolutely adore the Resting Pearl! [Booking with them was] the best decision! The owner was so kind, responsive, and helpful :) And the home accommodated our family (with 3 small children) perfectly. The layout is simple and beautiful. The rooms were stocked with plenty of linens. And the beds were so comfy. It certainly felt like the perfect home away from home :) The neighborhood was wonderful, and all of the neighbors were so friendly. It is the perfect combination of being quiet, and private, but still close to everything! We will certainly stay here again and recommend it to our friends and family!!

Perfect getaway any time of the year. We came in the winter, enjoyed being inside as well as using the back patio—we even walked to the beach. The cool breeze was wonderful. The place was spacious, had lots of little spots for people to spread out (games in the garage, a 2nd TV in the rear den, the back patio and hammock, not to mention the 3 bedrooms). The huge dinner table was AWESOME for meals, games and puzzles, and our gingerbread house contest. The itchen had plates, silverware, pots and pans, spatula, grill tools, you name it. There were even board games and snacks waiting for us on the table! I reached out to the host a couple times and got quick responses. The kids had nothing but good things to say about our time there. House was great for our Labor day weekend stay close enough to Austin with a short drive but far enough away from the traffic. Every thing was as listed in the photos if not better. Plenty of room and very clean!!

Loved the layout of house…great work area…wood, tile, and stone throughout. Peaceful neighborhood...park around the corner. Games were a plus, manual provided was well written. Organic coffee and comfortable beds were appreciated

Everything was just as stated in the description. The house seems newly renovated and very clean. We had a heat advisory while we were in Austin and my 2 kids loved the golf, ping-pong and inside games. While we didn’t spend anytime in the backyard it was beautiful. Great location, beautiful quiet neighborhood. Would def rent here again.

We felt like this was our home away from home. The mattresses were extremely comfortable. It was a quiet neighborhood and perfect for family time. The neighbors were very nice and instantly chatted up with us and our crazy kiddos. We definitely enjoyed our time staying here!
